Don Tequila Mexican Grill and Cantina
About
This cantina operates with the casual confidence of a place built for regulars, where the kitchen sources beyond standard Mexican-American repertoire—expect regional preparations that reflect the country's distinct culinary traditions rather than a unified "Mexican" menu. The tequila and mezcal program suggests serious spirits knowledge, positioning it as a destination for anyone interested in how Mexico's agave cultures actually taste beyond the obvious choices. In Columbus, where Mexican dining often defaults to familiar territory, this spot breaks that mold with cooking that respects technique and regional specificity.
